Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps

FINDER POMPE has become one of the most interesting and dynamic companies onto the Italian market. Due to the developments of new products and to various merging that took place over the years such as Centra vacuum technology allowing Finder Pompe can offer a wide variety of products especially liquid ring vacuum pumps and systems.

Finder Pompe liquid ring vacuum pumps are available with a range of single stage and double stage pumps as well as develop engineered units according to customer’s requirements.

MEX-LEX 25 - 450

Capacity : from 9 to 480 m3/hr
Suction Pressure : up to 33 mbar
With Ejector : up to 10 mbar

MEX-LEX Liquid ring vacuum pumps are single stage
type with vary port valve design for high vacuum.

MEX : The pump is fixed directly to the motor flange
motor are standard B3/B5 construction
LEX : The pump is mounted on a bracket. Motor are
standard B5 construction

CDS - NP

Capacity : from 10 to 3800 m3/hr
Suction Pressure : up to 33 mbar
With Ejector : up to 10 mbar

CDS Liquid ring vacuum pump rang is two stage design. Simplicity and robustness are the main features

Shaft supporting : two grease-lubricated roller bearings. The basic version is bareshaft. On request, CDS 3, 4 and 5 models can be provided with an intermediate supporting lantern to allow direct drive through a B5 electric motor ( with mounting flange )

DEX 600-1800

Capacity : from 400 to 1950 m3/hr
Suction Pressure : up to 33 mbar
With Ejector : up to 10 mbar

DEX Liquid ring vacuum pump rang is single stage type with vary port valve design. Simplicity and robustness are the main features

Shaft supporting : two grease-lubricated roller bearings
Rotating direction : clockwise when viewed from the motor side
Shaft seal : by means of two single mechanical seal

E series

Capacity : from 180 to 26,000 m3/hr
Suction Pressure : up to 33 mbar

E pump are P.D. single stage vacuum pumps for medium vacuum and high capacity. The only moving parts is rotor (impeller-shaft assembly) that has no inner rubbing since the seal within the inner surfaces is granted by the service liquid that absorbs the compression heat, while keeping unchanged and the sucked gas temperature thanks to the isothermal compression.
